Quoteazy provides an AI-powered manufacturing quoting platform that includes:

• CAD file processing and analysis
• Instant quote generation
• Order management and tracking
• Workflow automation tools
• Integration with manufacturing systems

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quoteazy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quoteazy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
