Your manufacturers, quotes and orders in one place.
Bring the suppliers you already work with into Quoteazy. Price parts on their rates, send RFQs, raise POs and see every part move through their shop.
In the app you’ll see yourself called a “customer”. That’s you.
Your supplier list
Invite your manufacturers by email. For each one you see the processes they run, and their own materials and machines are used when you price a part.
Prices without waiting
Upload a STEP file and get a price on a manufacturer’s own rates, then send it to them as a quote request. Need them to price it? Send an RFQ with the drawings attached.
Projects across suppliers
Put every part of a build into one project and assign each part to the manufacturer you choose. Parts for the same manufacturer share one order and one quote number.
Quotes, POs and progress
Approve a quote, reject it with a reason or ask for a revision. Raise a numbered PO, and once the manufacturer accepts it, follow each part with photos from material to packaging.
Payments you can reconcile
Keep one ledger per manufacturer. Record each payment with proof, the manufacturer confirms it, and both sides see the same numbers.
Quality on the same drawing
Balloon the drawing and build the inspection sheet. Run PPAP per part, with the 18 elements, process flow, PFMEA and control plan linked to the order.
Credits are used only for instant prices and for analysing drawings for ballooning. RFQs, quotes, POs, order tracking, the ledger and PPAP don’t use credits.
Already buying from a manufacturer that uses Quoteazy? Ask them to invite you, and your account comes linked to them.
One order, two sides
Every step of the order happens in Quoteazy.
The buyer and the manufacturer work on the same order. Each status change is logged with who made it, so nobody has to search an inbox for the latest price or PO.
